About Sensational
This is the one we reach for when the request is 4th of july. Sensational keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. The designer behind it is william jhordy. With 8 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict.
Put it to work on background first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Type your own words into the preview, not the designer's. Scripts are built around a sample phrase, and a double letter or an all-caps word is where they come apart. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether 4th of july was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
