What this means
An affiliate link is a tracked URL that lets us earn a small referral fee when you buy a font or subscription through it. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go directly to the store.
We only recommend fonts we have tested ourselves — at logo size, not just on a large canvas — and we check the commercial licence terms before recommending a font for anything you plan to sell. Our editorial opinions are not influenced by affiliate relationships.
How we select fonts
We evaluate fonts based on:
- Legibility at small size — 16 to 32 pixels, the size a logo actually has to survive as an avatar or favicon
- Commercial licence terms, so you know what you’re allowed to build and sell with it
- Fit for the specific tool — Canva, Cricut, Procreate, Illustrator each have different file requirements
- How well a font pairs with a second typeface without the result turning into a mess
Fonts that pay higher commissions do not receive preferential placement or better ratings as a result.
