About Buka
Buka is one we kept when we last trimmed this shelf: it does its one job and does not ask for attention while doing it. Credit goes to Situjuh. Only 66 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. The buyers who left a word rate it 5.0 out of 5 — 4 reviews, all of them on the listing.
It is the sort of font we keep around for the job that cannot wait for a redraw. Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. We would not hesitate on this one, beyond the two minutes it costs to read the licence tab.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
