About Babybold
Babybold is our arts crafts pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. 82 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. It is HRDR's work. 5.0 out of 5 from 11 reviews — a small sample, but it is the sample there is.
We would use it the way the listing hints — cartoon — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. Type your own words into the preview, not the designer's. Scripts are built around a sample phrase, and a double letter or an all-caps word is where they come apart. A rating like that takes most of the guesswork out. The preview at full size takes out the rest.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
