About Around
What we like about Around is how little it tries to be everything — it does best font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. 15 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up.
The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. We keep it filed mentally under blackphanter font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
