About Anthela
If 70s fonts is what you came for, start here — Anthela is the plainest reading of that request on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. The designer behind it is gloow studio. The save count is still small at 42, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 2 reviews, and we read the low scores first when there are any.
If you want one use for it, take bold: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Type your own words into the preview, not the designer's. Scripts are built around a sample phrase, and a double letter or an all-caps word is where they come apart. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
