About Resistor Slab
The reason Resistor Slab is here is advertising and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. It is Gleb Guralnyk's work. The save count is still small at 4, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict.
We keep it filed mentally under alphabet, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Serifs are for reading, so we look at a full sentence in the preview rather than a single word — the rhythm shows up only in a line of text. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
