About Quickly Retro
Most of what turns up under aesthetic needs work before it is usable. Quickly Retro is the version that does not. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. It comes from pandekastudio. It sits at 27 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
A serif is for reading, so judge it by a full sentence rather than a word — the rhythm only shows up across a line. We keep it filed mentally under antique, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether aesthetic is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
