About Retro Monkey
Most of what turns up under 60s font needs work before it is usable. Retro Monkey is the version that does not. The buyers who left a word rate it 5.0 out of 5 — 1 review, all of them on the listing. Shakira Studio is the name on the listing. Plenty of people got here before us: 1,606 of them saved it.
Put it to work on 70s font first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Serifs are for reading, so we look at a full sentence in the preview rather than a single word — the rhythm shows up only in a line of text. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether 60s font was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
