About Velmira
We put Velmira on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf because aesthetic is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. Pretty Glyphs made it. No saves on it yet — new files sit like that for a while, and it says nothing about the file. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist.
Our own plan for it is alternates, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.
Type art, beauty fonts, boho fonts and brush fonts into the search above and this one comes back — the same font under four different habits of phrasing. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first. The same shelf also answers to script, calligraph, handwritten, hand written and signature, so widen the search there before giving up on it. Its home here is Script and Calligraphy Fonts — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
