About Thunderbolt Lightning Font
What we like about Thunderbolt Lightning Font is how little it tries to be everything — it does action font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. Nobody has piled onto it yet, which means the only recommendation here is ours. squeebcreative is the name on the listing.
We would use it the way the listing hints — bold font — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether action font was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
