About Sweet Grend
What we like about Sweet Grend is how little it tries to be everything — it does beautifulfont, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. Buyers put it at 5.0 out of 5 over 1 review; worth clicking through to see what they actually said. It comes from Plafont store. It sits at 10 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
We keep it filed mentally under beauty, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
