About Stretch
Ask for 4th of july and you get a hundred near-misses; Stretch is one of the few that answers the question as asked. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 1 review, and we read the low scores first when there are any. arnon.021993 made it. The save count is still small at 5, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
Type your own words into the preview, not the designer's. Scripts are built around a sample phrase, and a double letter or an all-caps word is where they come apart. We keep it filed mentally under art, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
Search for beach, cute, display and doodle and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same font, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. Nearby you will see script, calligraph, handwritten, hand written and signature, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite. What this shelf gets asked for is script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. We keep it under Script and Calligraphy Fonts, which is where to look if you want the rest of the script and calligraphy fonts we have gone through.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
