About Spooky Nigth
What we like about Spooky Nigth is how little it tries to be everything — it does bold font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. It is Anaya Studio's work. The save count is still small at 33, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. The listing shows 5.0 out of 5 on 2 reviews, which is better evidence than the thumbnail.
Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. If you want one use for it, take chubby: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
