About Smart Jack
What we like about Smart Jack is how little it tries to be everything — it does elegant, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. 9 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. The listing shows 5.0 out of 5 on 1 review, which is better evidence than the thumbnail. Credit goes to MarioDsgn.
Type your own words into the preview, not the designer's. Scripts are built around a sample phrase, and a double letter or an all-caps word is where they come apart. The obvious job for it is fashion, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
