About Rainday
What we like about Rainday is how little it tries to be everything — it does alternates, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. It has gone unnoticed so far. We found it worth shelving anyway. The listing shows 5.0 out of 5 on 1 review, which is better evidence than the thumbnail. Daily Design made it.
Type your own words into the preview, not the designer's. Scripts are built around a sample phrase, and a double letter or an all-caps word is where they come apart. If you want one use for it, take beauty fonts: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
