About Rachel
What we like about Rachel is how little it tries to be everything — it does bold font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. No saves on it yet — new files sit like that for a while, and it says nothing about the file. It comes from OliviaFontCo. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict.
Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. If you want one use for it, take cricut fonts: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
