About Quickbox
Quickbox is our advertising font pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. The save count is still small at 1, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. The designer behind it is Shape Studio.
If you want one use for it, take banner font: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether advertising font is really what you are getting.
Search for bold sans serif, bold typography, branding font and branding identity and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same font, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. If none of this quite fits, the adjacent requests are script, calligraph, handwritten, hand written and signature and they stay on this page. We filed it under Script and Calligraphy Fonts for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. We track what people actually type before they land here: script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font. If that is roughly what you were after, this font is in the right family.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
