About Nusantara
Most of what turns up under branding needs work before it is usable. Nusantara is the version that does not. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. Only 4 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. It is Raffa Creative's work.
The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. Put it to work on coffee first. If you came in looking for creative, cutting, font and handwritten, you are in the right place — the listing carries all of those, which is the clearest sign the designer built it for that job rather than retitled it afterwards. Judged against the requests we see — script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs. We filed it under Script and Calligraphy Fonts for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
