About Naruko
If apparel design is what you came for, start here — Naruko is the plainest reading of that request on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. Credit goes to cocodesign. With 3 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size.
If you want one use for it, take bold letterforms: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Type your own words into the preview, not the designer's. Scripts are built around a sample phrase, and a double letter or an all-caps word is where they come apart. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.
It answers to branding font, casual elegance, childrens designs and crafts font, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. The wording people arrive with is script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid. Related wording on the shelf: script, calligraph, handwritten, hand written and signature. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it. Its home here is Script and Calligraphy Fonts — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
