About Murillage Notes
Ask for cosmetic font and you get a hundred near-misses; Murillage Notes is one of the few that answers the question as asked. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. Only 5 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. It is Viaction Type.Co's work.
Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. The obvious job for it is display brush font, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether cosmetic font was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
