About Midnight Diner Thin
Ask for back slanted and you get a hundred near-misses; Midnight Diner Thin is one of the few that answers the question as asked. With 8 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. The designer behind it is Sarurday Champagne.
Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. Our own plan for it is elegant, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether back slanted was the description or the aspiration.
Type back slanted script, calligraphy, monoweight and retro font into the search above and this one comes back — the same font under four different habits of phrasing. If none of this quite fits, the adjacent requests are handwritten, hand written, signature, cursive and brush and they stay on this page. You will find it among the script and calligraphy fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. What this shelf gets asked for is script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
