About Malograh
What we like about Malograh is how little it tries to be everything — it does beautiful font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf. Gracetypestudio made it. With 7 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. Our own plan for it is beauty font, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.
The listing files it under branding, calligraphy, chic and classic calligraphy font — those are the words it gets found by, and between them they describe the file better than any category name does. The searches that bring people to this shelf are script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font — this one sits in the middle of that group rather than off to the side of it. People after this usually search script, handwritten, hand written, signature and cursive too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. It is shelved with the rest of the script and calligraphy fonts, and that is the quickest way to see what else sits in the same register before you settle on this one.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
