About Lohgant
There is nothing clever about Lohgant, and that is the compliment: it does what the shelf promises and stops there. It comes from getstudio. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. The save count is still small at 10, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. It is the sort of font we keep around for the job that cannot wait for a redraw. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.
People after this usually search handwritten, hand written, signature, cursive and brush too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. On this site it lives on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing script and calligraphy fonts rather than searching for it by name. What this shelf gets asked for is script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
