About Live Your Story Xmas
This is the one we reach for when the request is christmas cards. Live Your Story Xmas keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. Buyers put it at 5.0 out of 5 over 1 review; worth clicking through to see what they actually said. Only 38 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. It comes from Creative Fabrica Fonts.
We keep it filed mentally under christmas fonts, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether christmas cards is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
