About Holistic
Holistic earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to alternates, and straight answers are rarer in this font catalogue than you would think. It has gone unnoticed so far. We found it worth shelving anyway. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. The designer behind it is Daily Design.
Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. We would use it the way the listing hints — beauty fonts — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.
Filed as boho fonts, brush fonts, business card fonts and calligraphy fonts. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. The same shelf also answers to script, handwritten, hand written, signature and cursive, so widen the search there before giving up on it. You will find it among the script and calligraphy fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
