About Handwriting
Ask for 4th of july and you get a hundred near-misses; Handwriting is one of the few that answers the question as asked. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. Credit goes to Strongkeng Old. The save count is still small at 10, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. We would use it the way the listing hints — background — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
