About Glamorize

Most of what turns up under bow font needs work before it is usable. Glamorize is the version that does not. It sits at 3 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. Credit goes to FadeLine. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict.

Our own plan for it is cute calligraphy, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

If you came in looking for calligraphy font, cute font, display font and fadeline font, you are in the right place — the listing carries all of those, which is the clearest sign the designer built it for that job rather than retitled it afterwards. Its home here is Script and Calligraphy Fonts — open that shelf if you would rather compare a few before choosing. Related wording on the shelf: script, handwritten, hand written, signature and cursive. Same shelf, different phrasing, and the sort options above work across all of it. The wording people arrive with is script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font, and we would rather shelve for those requests than for how a thumbnail looks in a grid.

How to use this font

  1. Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
  2. Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
  3. Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
  4. Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
