About Funland Script
Funland Script stayed on the shelf for the dull reason that it works. We would rather have one of these than three fonts with ideas of their own. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. It sits at 53 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. It is moriztype's work.
Type your own words in the preview box before you decide: script fonts look beautiful in the designer's sample and fall apart in all caps or with a double letter. This is a safe default rather than a statement piece, and most jobs want the safe default. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether script and calligraphy fonts is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
