About Fierce Chunky Font
Fierce Chunky Font is our 70s fonts pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. Credit goes to Anto (7NTypes). Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. It has gone unnoticed so far. We found it worth shelving anyway.
If you want one use for it, take 7ntypes: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Type your own words into the preview, not the designer's. Scripts are built around a sample phrase, and a double letter or an all-caps word is where they come apart. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether 70s fonts was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
