About Ethical
This is the one we reach for when the request is bouncy script font. Ethical keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. It sits at 2 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. Credit goes to Illustration Ink.
If you want one use for it, take canva font: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.
It answers to craft font, craft svg font, crafty and cricut font, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. Put next to the usual requests here — script fonts, cursive numbers, fancy cursive fonts and elegant vs script font — this one covers the plain version of the job, which is the version people need most often. On this site it lives on the Script and Calligraphy Fonts shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing script and calligraphy fonts rather than searching for it by name. The neighbouring searches are calligraph, handwritten, hand written, signature and cursive — worth a look if this particular font is close but not quite it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
