About Christmas Umbrella
The reason Christmas Umbrella is here is christmas font and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. It comes from KateType. Only 10 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
We would use it the way the listing hints — cricut font — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. The join between letters is the whole craft in a script face, so we look at a word with a repeated letter before judging anything else. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
