About Soft Bubble
What we like about Soft Bubble is how little it tries to be everything — it does birthday font, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf. It is Pamlico Creations's work. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. It sits at 4 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
If you want one use for it, take bubble font: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. The numerals tell you more than the letters do. A sans with weak figures will undercut every price list, date and phone number you set in it. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
