About Secret Party
This is the one we reach for when the request is apparel fonts. Secret Party keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. Only 2 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
We would use it the way the listing hints — autumn fonts — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. We check the numerals and the ampersand first, because a sans serif with a weak set of figures will bite you on every price list and date. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
