What we like about Jolly North is how little it tries to be everything — it does apparel fonts, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Sans Serif Fonts shelf. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. The save count is still small at 3, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
Put it to work on autumn fonts first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. The numerals tell you more than the letters do. A sans with weak figures will undercut every price list, date and phone number you set in it. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
