About Wonder Groovy
What we like about Wonder Groovy is how little it tries to be everything — it does 7ntypes, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. It comes from Ade (7NTypes). 36 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up.
We would use it the way the listing hints — accent fonts — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
