About Taizo
Ask for bold and you get a hundred near-misses; Taizo is one of the few that answers the question as asked. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. Nobody has piled onto it yet, which means the only recommendation here is ours. The designer behind it is maikofarazhatta.
A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. Put it to work on bubble first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether bold was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
