About Smile Doodle
If apparel font is what you came for, start here — Smile Doodle is the plainest reading of that request on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. 2 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. The designer behind it is 29Graphic. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict.
Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. We would use it the way the listing hints — cartoon font — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.
Search for casual font, cheerful font, children design and children font and this is the file those words land on; they are all the same font, filed under whichever phrase you happened to type. If none of this quite fits, the adjacent requests are display, poster, headline, vintage and retro and they stay on this page. What this shelf gets asked for is vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts. That list is why these files are here and not some prettier ones. You will find it among the display and poster fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
