About Kroco Casper
What we like about Kroco Casper is how little it tries to be everything — it does apparel, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. It comes from Gracetypestudio. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. Only 1 person has saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. If you want one use for it, take band logo: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether apparel is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
