About Kampiun
We put Kampiun on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf because calligraphy is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. The buyers who left a word rate it 5.0 out of 5 — 2 reviews, all of them on the listing. It comes from ahweproject. The save count is still small at 12, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus.
Our own plan for it is classic font, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. A display font only has to work big, so we judge it at poster size and ignore how it looks in a paragraph — that is not its job. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether calligraphy was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
