About Hoojuy
We put Hoojuy on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf because aesthetic is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. Only 1 person has saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. twinletter made it.
A display font only has to work big, so we judge it at poster size and ignore how it looks in a paragraph — that is not its job. Our own plan for it is art deco, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether aesthetic was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
