About Chinese New Year
This is the one we reach for when the request is celebration font. Chinese New Year keeps it simple, which is why it sits here rather than in the reserve pile. 9 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. Credit goes to fontkong. Our own plan for it is celebration letters, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every font on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.
