About Bynk
Bynk is our abstract shapes pick, and it is a pick rather than a default — we looked at the shelf twice before leaving it on. The save count is still small at 9, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. 5.0 out of 5 from 1 review — a small sample, but it is the sample there is. It is Motiontype's work.
We would use it the way the listing hints — abstract typography — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. A display face has one job: be read big. We judge it at poster size and ignore how it behaves in a paragraph, because it will never be in one. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
