About Bubble Foam

The reason Bubble Foam is here is branding font and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. With 2 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. Credit goes to Pamlico Creations. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.

We keep it filed mentally under bubble font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. A display font only has to work big, so we judge it at poster size and ignore how it looks in a paragraph — that is not its job. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

The words on the listing are canva font, cricut font, cute font and display font, and they are worth reading as a description rather than as tags. We filed it under Display and Poster Fonts for the obvious reason, and the shelf is small enough to read end to end. People after this usually search poster, headline, vintage, retro and slab too, and the shelf is sorted so those all land in the same place. Most of the traffic on this shelf comes in on vintage fonts commercial license, display fonts, vintage fonts canva, number fonts vintage and retro canva fonts, and we picked the files on it with those requests in mind rather than by browsing prettiest-first.

How to use this font

  1. Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
  2. Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
  3. Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
  4. Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
