About Bloke
What we like about Bloke is how little it tries to be everything — it does art, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Display and Poster Fonts shelf. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. With 7 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. GraphicsBam Fonts made it.
If you want one use for it, take awesome: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Check the capitals and the spacing between them — display type lives or dies on how a short word in caps sits together. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether art is really what you are getting.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
