About Patty Day Paisley
The reason Patty Day Paisley is here is color font and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. It is Illustration Ink's work. It sits at 11 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
Check which characters really exist: decorative sets often stop at the capitals, and you find out when you need an ampersand. We would use it the way the listing hints — full-color — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether color font was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
