About The Praktive Serif
The reason The Praktive Serif is here is aesthetic and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge. It comes from Attract Studio. Only 60 people have saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's.
Look at the face at body-text size before you look at it big. Most serif disappointments happen at eleven point, not at forty-eight. We keep it filed mentally under balance, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether aesthetic was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
