About Story
The reason Story is here is canva and nothing else. It does not try to cover the next three jobs along, and we would rather it did not. vladfedotovv made it. Plenty of people got here before us: 207 of them saved it. The review tab is empty. That is normal here and not a warning, but it does put the preview in charge.
The obvious job for it is chic font, and obvious is right here — the file was built around that and it shows. Serifs are for reading, so we look at a full sentence in the preview rather than a single word — the rhythm shows up only in a line of text. Before downloading, give the preview a full-size look and read the licence tab — two clicks, and they answer most of what the listing leaves unsaid.
Filed as creative, custom, display and elegant. Tags are a rough instrument, but a consistent set like that usually means the file is what it claims. Judged against the requests we see — serif fonts and script and serif font combinations — this is a middle-of-the-road answer, and middle of the road is usually what the job needs. The same shelf also answers to serif, so widen the search there before giving up on it. You will find it among the serif fonts, sorted next to everything that does roughly the same job.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
