About Simplicity
Most of what turns up under alphabet needs work before it is usable. Simplicity is the version that does not. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. TypeIQ is the name on the listing. It sits at 4 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it.
A serif is for reading, so judge it by a full sentence rather than a word — the rhythm only shows up across a line. Our own plan for it is bold, because that is where this kind of font does the least arguing with you. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether alphabet was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
