About Santas Whimsy
Santas Whimsy earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to christmas branding font, and straight answers are rarer in this font catalogue than you would think. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. The save count is still small at 3, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. It comes from SVG24.
We keep it filed mentally under christmas card font, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Look at the face at body-text size before you look at it big. Most serif disappointments happen at eleven point, not at forty-eight. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this font
- Download the font from Creative Fabrica and unzip it — you normally get OTF and TTF of the same face, plus a licence file.
- Install the OTF if your software gives you the choice: it carries the alternates and ligatures that make a script face look handwritten.
- Restart the app you design in — Canva, Photoshop, Cricut Design Space and Word all read the font list once, at launch.
- Read the licence before a paid job: personal and commercial use are priced apart, and a logo often needs the extended one.
